Effectivity is confirmed by technical measurement investigations
Actual test result
Technical measurement investigations by the Fraunhofer test laboratory IBP report from the 19th October 2012
The effectivity of the noise protection of the mobile textile walls could be confirmed through multiple technical measurement investigations and corresponding calculation process by IBP:
"The results presented assume that, by using inflatable constructions made from films and membranes, evaluated noise damping dimensions of 20 dB and more can be readily attained which, in practice, is sufficient for many applications. … Considering their reasonable technical sound characteristics and diverse options of application, inflatable noise protection elements represent an important innovation in the sector of noise abatement. In their technical noise characteristics, they are hardly inferior to the conventional systems in practice." (1)

(2)Example construction site: with emission pollution, without additional noise protection measures and with noise protection walls (4 long walls, height each 4.5 m), whereby, this resulted in level reductions of approximately 20 dB at selected locations of immission.
