The textile roof as lightweight structure was chosen to cover the waiting area of the bus station in Wittenberg, This project impressively demonstrates how waiting zones can be changed into architectural eye-catching spaces. The lightweight structure with pendulously supported peripheral columns and 12 trilateral membrane sections creates a spatial aesthetic by using smooth lines and a translucent lightness, which offers even more weather protection than necessary. More and more lightweight structure for Bus and Train station are used to protect the waiting and transfer Zones for Sun and Rain.
